I am looking to turn a commercial property in a downtown area into 1 bed/1 bath apartments for either vacation or monthly rentals.

The surprising thing is that most of the time they buy at a lower rate of return than the local investors will my guess is that they are scattering their investments into several regions hoping they all cant **** the bed at the same time? 

A nice hotel is $600/week, serves breakfast and has a pool.My rental houses are the equivalent of a nice hotel, with a kitchen and washer/dryer; at the price of a cheap motel. 22 houses, 82 beds. 

I have found a quadplex in Las Vegas that is 2x2 per unit (bed and bath).

I was looking at a house today that is a 3 bed/1.5 bath.

However, the rental for these 2 bed condos are at 1050-1100 a month and the community looks great without any crime and lots of working class.

Good morning,I was able to get a really good deal on a 4 bed 2 bath 1800 sq ft 2008 built property in a gated community on almost an acre, near a national monument and private access to the famous Oregon Illinois river access for the community.

I am originally from Flint, Michigan where even if you hoped to death, your home will not appreciate in value.

Option A, has window placement issues for a bed, as there are no walls to put this on now.
