I think Newberry Springs was where that movie was about with Sandra Bullock where the electric company dumped crap into the soil and it contaminated the water in Newberry Springs, caused cancer and killed people.

You don't want to talk about the investment in the building as a cause for the increase, what they care about is what they pay for their unit.   

You have proof the tenant caused the damage or was it there on move in?

I think the down payment money is treated simply as a capital contribution, no need for interest and the complications that would cause. 

We are trying to negotiate fixed pricing this year for salt, however we still need to have the right guidance on what level of salt we need as they will likely base their pricing on roughly how much salt we tell them we need.Ideally we would not salt at all and simply plow/shovel, that would avoid all damage to concrete, etc. caused by salt.

Lest we forget the drying up completely of investor mortgages in late 08 to 2010 or so caused one hell of a mess to our economy
