Can a "friend" arrange notices/actions?

Right now I’m in the learning stage and connecting with more experienced investers to learn.

I’m still in the preliminary stages of getting involved in real estate investing.

I'm just in the research and learning stages, but I've heard a lot about the eventual need for buy-and-hold investors to contact many different people: lendors, realtors, contractors, lawyers, property management companies, and others.At what stages of the process, from initial research to becoming a landlord, do all of the members of your eventual team come into play?

Hey all,I am an early stage investor (9 mos in the game) in Austin and Bryan/College Station.

This could just be me being cynical toward people and their intentions, but this sounds completely staged.

Then, hard money lenders don't front the renovation funds, they reimburse you after the work is completed, so you'll likely have to pay for some of the renovations to get going and then get reimbursed in stages as you go.

We were going to stay until May but now I’m looking at other options as far as living arrangements go.

Shared housing arrangements may be a good fit. 

I would be seeking seller financing as the ideal arrangement.
