And, though they are certain to be extended, it is also certain there will be a huge fight in Congress over the level of generosity that's appropriate, and for how long it will last.In addition, no one knows exactly how big the rebound will be when all the economies are re-open, or whether there will be a second wave of Covid when they do.Because of all this uncertainty, buyers and sellers are far apart right now.

Will depend on several factors like the type of property, type of tenants, your risk tolerance, other assets you own, your estate planning, laws where the property is located, etc.Any lawsuits would be limited to the assets of the LLC and not your personal assets (assuming you run the LLC appropriately and the corporate veil is not pierced).

If the way the rent was split before was 975/425. then it is fair and appropriate that she pay 425 for the annex, and as long as she is paying it, you don't need a new lease.

The judge will look at you, see that you've sent X amount of texts and that you've provided her X amounts of notices, that you've followed the law, so on and so forth, whereas she is going to have one heck of a hard time having anyone side with her.What you really want to do is what the law says to do, and that is to provide the notices within the appropriate time frame.

If a law is enacted that renders a clause in your lease illegal, having the appropriate clause will render that one clause irrelevant while keeping the rest of the lease in tact and legally enforceable.

@Michael McFadden  I use AirDNA for a variety of things and even leverage their API directly so that I can 'adjust' some of the data in a way that I think is more appropriate for what I'm trying to analyze.
