Have you considered offering buyer incentives like buying their rate down?

In my head I'd want to buy a property cash or creative terms with a private money partner for the home and maybe a 2nd partner for the furnishing and start-up funding.

I am considering buying a property in the Myrtle beach area since it seems like it’s an affordable are with good cash flowing properties but it seems like the crime rate is above the national average.
