We're happily married 4 years, made 2 babies, and I hope we never need the prenup.

Maybe a baby company out there in Silicon Valley land waiting on a round of funding to get off the ground.

Bryan.......I could'nt agree more, I like many others that I know are getting tired of this government treating us as though we're babies that just need direction.

I was reluctant to get involved with my wife's property affairs, this was her "baby"; but I asked her if she would consider a "rent to own " or "lease purchase" on the property.

So got to talking to the girl and her and her boyfriend were expecting a baby and there was no way they could fix this mobile home up before the baby comes so they decided to sell it. 

Snuck in their uncle,cousin, bf, gf, baby daddy and 5 pets?  

many will recommend baby steps...but you can adapt some of what they say to make it fit your plan.

You are relocating due to work, you just got married, having a baby, special housing due to medical reason - these are not an issues.Moving from a 4-unit to an another 3-4 unit a few miles away, and in a short time is a red flag.
