Thanks for the insight, I am getting my license but I cant start until Jan so ill finish if I move fast by at least march.

My parents are very supportive and its really all they're doing is signing their signature then receiving a check ill be doing most of the dirty work but shh no one needs to know that.

I really do hope this one goes through ok, but if the numbers aren't right then ill walk away happy with the experience.
