My question is, where is the best place to save/invest my money in for the next 3 years that have a low to no risk on losing money and will allow me to gain interest.

To make even a modest amount of money you need at least one of the three; to do a more substantial financial gain you need two of three, and to get wealthy you need all three.It starts with education.

Dont leave anything out on your lease, also as you gain more in years and experience your lease will continue  to grow and expand. 

The ones making money there are the sellers cashing in equity gains and moving to more stable markets through the cycles.

So just to clarify if manage to bump the ARV to $130k, I can cash-out refinance the difference between my current loan and VA loan to gain $40k to use for another loan on another house?
