For those that rely on traditional methods and personal experience, I can understand this perspective.

I am overwhelmed at this point.

It has taken me about 4 years to feel this way.  

When we first arrived, we didn’t know much about the city, so we got to know it by going out and exploring different areas.

I highly recommend attending real estate networking events to meet more people is this space and pick their brain and learn more from their projects and see what is working and what is not.

Short-term rentals are booming right now and offer a great way to generate income quickly.The key is to take that first step, do your research, and believe in your ability to make it work.
