I did find that the CDC completely overstepped its authority and ordered a blanket national moratorium on evictions until December 31, but at this point, I still had not received any official CDC Declaration from my tenant.So I responded that he's made no effort to pay or to provide evidence that he will pay and that I would be filing the unlawful detainer the next day.

And, if these deals don't exist why make articles informing people that it is possible, some of these authors are highly renowned investors.

Hopefully congress and the president don't make this worse come January...

So the true owners did sign a contract giving the buyer the authority to “market” on the MLS but the wholesaler/buyer has taken it a step further and forged the true owner’s name on the disclosures and confirmation of agency forms.

This is in the weeds...and you don't have a lot of time to establish yourself with the Housing Authority.

Is he the authorize seller of the property?

That means that you, the buyer, do not have to disclose anything to the county taxing authority.

They want to make sure the trust is not passive in that the Trustee needs to obtain the permission of the Beneficiary(ies) before acting.If available in your state there is an alternative, Florida has Florida Statute 689.071 which establishes the authority of a Trustee.
