I think most people that brand themselves as wholesalers don't know what they are doing and probably will never do a deal.

So long as you are not out there harming the public and the brokers brand most brokers will be happy to take a cut of the 6 or so deals you do every year and call it a day.

It will be a brand new kitchen, bath and roof along with new flooring throughout.  

You need a school with a huge brand that people know.  

Every inpsector has to note that the roof is brand new and no permit was pulled......

I buy brand new cars every 2 to 3 years.. right before I have to buy tires I trade them in... but I buy the one's with zero % financing..
