@Don MangiarelliHere is my opinion and my strategy although it might be a unpopular one.Invest where the numbers make sense and live in Hawaii.San Francisco, Hawaii, Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston are examples of primary markets which are NOT ideal for cashflow investing.
