I buy from wholesalers all the time in the State of Michigan and I feel that there are legitimate ways to structure deals in the same breath are there unethical wholesalers of course are there unethical real estate agents and brokers of course but to say the industry of wholesaling is centered around ripping off sellers is inaccurate and wrong because in reality realtors in today’s society are not to much more a middle man or woman that collect a fee for selling a home that you can sell all alone if a wholseller does his or her due diligence to find a deal and assigns their position within the contract to another investor where is the issue in that ?
