I understand it’s difficult to sue an LLC, however due to multiple late payments, non payments and bouncing checks from issued by the companyover the past year I strongly believe the company was using rental funds collected from my property for other interests as they could not regularly pay me.

Pros - My PM is fair and honest, makes reasonable decisions, is a decent handyman, builds valuable relationships, is easy to contact, is very cost effective, strong and handsome.Cons - My PM tends to read the news and drink coffee too long in the mornings, takes too long for lunch, randomly stops working in the afternoon, will spend 8 hours working on something that takes a professional two hours, drives a crappy Ford Ranger and buys work clothes at Goodwill and is neither strong nor handsome.

I worked for granite fabricators for years and yes there are small traces of radon but we felt it was a selling point to turn the industry to quartz which is an engineered stone that doesn’t require to be sealed.
