If you got to Union, anywhere near a Go train station might be good enough like Richmond Hill or Oakville.

Christopher Russell if they are expanding the highway, maybe you should start looking for gas stations foreclosure/auctions.

I also know some people who were in the Air Force and stationed at Tinker, the rental market was pretty hot around there.

I have a property in Fayetteville I am looking to part with, my renter just moved out.Additionally if anyone has questions ask away I was stationed there for several years and have been part of the area for more than a decade.

The economy seems to be more diverse having a good number of military stationed there, quite  a number of hospitals, tourism, oil, gas and growing a little in technology.
