I would double check with your accountant on that though as you don't want a nasty surprise down the road (and you know what they say about assumptions).As far as Providence & the East Side, I attended a neighborhood meeting a few weeks ago with some people from the neighborhood and some folks from the Providence Building Department.It does sound like they are leaning in favor of some additional regulations for AirBnBs in Providence, which may involve needing to get a special permit.

I act as the GC on my projects so I'm usually purchasing and dropping off materials at various points during the week, speaking with my subs/contractor on the phone for progress/updates, etc. 

The board is suggesting 3-4 weeks which would kill my chances of renting to this particular applicant.

I looked up the Delayed Financing Exemption and it appears that you just need to hold the property for six months before proceeding with the refi (assuming I didn't miss anything in the jargon that I only understand part of at this point in my REI education).

@Stanly Berthil  I passed the NJ test 3 weeks ago today.

So we let buyers know a brand new garage is being constructed.Right after that we got a full price offer with a 2 week close because their home was selling and they were living out of a hotel.
