They are a couple in their seventies, so I see their obvious aversion to having the landlord coming around to take care of things as evidence of their desire for privacy (see below about dementia)--I don't think they're trying to hide illegal activity, for example.

The architect we used here also acts as a permit expeditor, which is to say... he will walk the plans through, has relationships in the department, and knows exactly how much info to give to get the desired permit.

. , what EVERYONE here is forgetting to mention is that EVERY transaction regarding seller finance has come under new nationwide laws in January of 2014 called the Dodd-Frank act almost make it illegal for a normal person to sell on ANY type of seller-finance deal.Seller finance deals was a way for people with less than desired credit to still become a home owner.
