Most professional software is still not calculating it all correctly- I'd be shocked if turbo tax did. 

A lot of factors contributed to this (mortgage rate shock, ibuyers pulling out of the market, affordability concerns) to name a few.

And poor strategy, well, go fishing in a tinfoil ship, hard to be shocked when sinks in the first storm right.

Always have to find ways to improve but I’d be shocked if anything is talked about that we don’t already know.

Wow after reading the blog (after giving my first reaction  with out reading the blog I don't like to color my thoughts by what others blog on a subject)) I'm somewhat shocked that some people didn't "see" their tenants as people?!?!

Many people don't care about K&T if the wire is visible so you can tell it's in good condition and GFCI circuit breakers have been added to take care of the risk of shock in bathrooms and kitchens or other areas with water present. 

You’d be shocked by how little actual screening many PMC’s do!

We were given 3 different companies that some local investors mentioned with 2 of them having somewhat pleasant reviews (communication was the biggest complaint for both). 

When I know someone is pleasant and valuable to me, I always return and not bc of obligation.
