Here are just a few of my RE goals (I'm sure I'll create more as I gain experience):- Learn as much as I possibly can about the world of real estate - fix & flip, wholesaling, finance, and ultimately out of state cash flow rentals (my understanding is that currently CA is not the most ideal market for cash flow rentals)- Successfully Fix and Flip at least one home with my 82 year old father - he hung sheet rock for 50 years, and although he cannot physically do the heavy work anymore, he still has the heart, the passion, and the vision.  

I’m looking to exit from the rat race again, so I can spend more time with family and friends, begin traveling more frequently, and find my new passion in Real Estate Investing!

We may not have a lot of experience but we do have a lot to provide, including passion, technical skills and a will to succeed and prove ourselves in the industry!

Maybe someday, but we don't really feel like dealing with the hassles of a strategy we're not passionate about.

You have to first need a passion for animals and taking care of the land.

Leverage is a scary two way street, your either passionately buying and often paying to much, or its zipping in the wrong direction and you find yourself on the highway to hell.

When I bought some new soccer shoes for myself--soccer being a huge life long passion of mine--I tries on 10 pair without looking at the price tag.  

Yes many are very passionate about their own individual concepts concerning cash flow.

I hate Quickbooks with a passion and create all my accounting with Microsoft Access.

but I always feel the need to defend the POV that seems to be in the minority - and I feel passionate that alternative ideas and ways should be voiced so folks can see there are options and that you can make money by doings things differently than what is preached here on BP.
