I was wondering if brokerages typically allow young/unlicensed potential realtors to come in, shadow, and learn before being officially licensed?

@Phil Z.It is usually in the contract for deed language on what the borrower is to receive.

They'll winterize what they can in the unit and follow their normal process for paying required items (taxes, Hoa dues and such).Most HOA bylaws have language in them stating generally that you can't use non-use as a reason for non-payment. 

I include a number of gifts with their move-in packet that make the rental agreement "come to life" and more readily understood.If I'm aware the tenant may not read (literacy issue) or understand the English language well (limited English proficiency) or has a cognitive issues, then I take extra time and seek extra support as needed to achieve our goal.Our rental agreement is printed in a type and font that can be easily read.

In yesterdays newspaper I read that a county official is trying to get the 2020 census taken during the turnaround so that all the temporary workers here would be included in the population count.
