My husband and I backed out of the deal last night because as @Rick Baggenstoss mentioned for our first deal this feels really big and risky.

Here’s the rub - there were sleepless nights where I was full of fear, and financial insecurity.

We've been heavily considering Ohio, more specifically Cleveland, as our first place to dive in and buy a duplex.

These are great things for me to look into before I dive into the market. 

I am new into RE (with the exception of about a dozen books and numerous podcasts and webinars) but now its time to dive in!!!

With such a huge difference in opinion, we need to dive deeper and start asking questions.
