Hi Peter - Based on the pictures provided your space would be geared toward small mom & pop tenants only, if retail, and not to chain stores.

BMW has a manufacturing plant in the process of adding a 1 billion dollar facility to their current one, GE has a large plant, and several national chains have their headquarters there.  

Not all of them are privacy fences; some are simple chain-links with privacy plantings. 

They are usually daisy chained and any fault will cause it to pop. 

He opened a pizza shop next door because he knew customers would be hungry and he went on to open a chain of pizza shops all along LA because the concept worked so well.  

Raw food breaks down fine, if you are eating nothing but raw food, and you have enough protein during that meal.

The best returns are going to come further down the food chain.

I recommend looking into changing out the chain link for wood or vinyl.  

In addition, at a hotel, the group would be eating meals out, etc. driving up their costs even higher!  

Sad but true.Reality is Real Estate for those with NO cash is a none starter for MOst.. what someone with NO cash should do is go get a RE license and apprentice with a broker and work their way up the food chain. those that are successful in this business are usally those that have made their money at their day job .. saved and now have capital to deploy.
