I'd really love to work under a great developer, I would hope that I would earn the listings through our partnership and will pull more than my weight, but I'd truly like for it to be a learning process so that I could hone those skills and be able to do it myself in the future.

A portfolio or Hard Money loan could be quicker but weight the pros and cons adequately. 

I love Olympic weighting and can squat much more than my husband weighs 🤣.

You need to understand the sellers currency and what they put the most weight on.There might be many more options open on the table than just the ones you mentioned.

I would certainly put little weight on a Zillow estimate.

The outer plate sits on the concrete wall but outer frame (which is 3 ft from the outside wall) is only supported by interior walls running perpendicular and even at that they are not build the way I would build them to hold weight.  

It has been awesome so far, and I assure you that Bigger Pockets is worth its weight in gold as long as you stay active.

People respond to incentives, and if the incentives are more heavily weighted towards deal security than net price, it is in everyone's interest to go with the sure thing.

You have to put weight in the market as much as, if not more than, the property itself.
