i'd do it. i allow pets and they all want fenced yard.but they have to pull a permit and still talk to the "installer" to make sure he knows what he is talking about. so easy to read these guys just by talking to them.... how far in the ground, what's the span, height of fence, cone or straight hole, etc, etc..again, not without a permit.

I would at least trim the bushes and make them the same height, a well manicured lawn is always a plus.

I purchased the condo in 2006 at the height of the market as a personal residence.

Anyway O.G. came from college when a bunch of us were sitting around a keg listening to NWA we decided we all had to have O.G. names and the Stilts came from my height.

I own a few SFH in the Chicago Heights area.

Lots of deals at nice PP but that's because outlook doesn't look too great, especially outside of Irvington / Little Flower / Emerson Heights region.

All good stuff to know, but this property is in Madison Heights, MI with 43rd District Court.

What challenges would you see in going multi-family C-D class in Cincinnati, that would be different from C-D class in parts of southern or East LA (Boyle Heights, Inglewood, Silver Lake (which is actually very up and up now), Norwalk/ Paramount, etc?
