I've stopped going to Prosperity Through Real Estate because I did NOT find it to be a good networking environment.

The price was basically the most I could pay with the current loan environment and rents (the rents were far under market).The purchase price was 635k in Feb 2013. 

Buy in the best zip codes and neighborhoods which will hold its value and become crash proof in a deflationary environment.  

I want to be able to pursue my passions in life, and it is yet to be seen if I will find that in the corporate world, but I do feel that REI can be one avenue to follow my passion for real estate and give me flexibility to pursue my passions for fly fishing, snowboarding, and spending time with my family. 

Start out by letting them know your goal is to communicate effectively with them and to provide a reasonably safe environment.

Check out the epa statement on mold....basically that it is "impossible to eliminate all mold and mold spores in the indoor environment"  So isn't it likely that whoever tests for mold is very likely to find something that can then try to sell you additional remediation services on?

I think the contacts/experience she would get would be more helpful in building an investment portfolio than the typical retail real estate sales environment.  

I also plan to do some light farming on it-a fish pond, raise some cattles, plant some fruit trees and vines.Option 1. 

It all depends on what's the macro-economic environment around that area.
