It could be someone you intern for, or just an individual that you have met and attracted into your network.Know this: that person is worth their weight in gold, and can be the primary person that you run things past or ask questions as you move through your day.

I know you said you think having mortgages is more risky but it really isn't and you can build wealth so much faster.

It’s important to note though that having a solid relationship with an insurance agent/broker is key for building a good team so I wouldn’t switch or hop around each year unless the savings was substantial as a good insurance agent is worth his/her weight in gold.

I’ve felt a weight on my shoulders and a sense of worry each week about being in something I don’t have a purpose in (college) and haven’t felt this sense of anxiousness and worry for awhile, but this month made me realize how much pursuing real estate for me really means and have been debating on “quitting” (which I honestly don’t have guilt for) college.

If I knew how to finance these I would be able to go a little bigger, faster and in nicer areas.

I plan to grab a house in texas with or without this loan, but it would help me do it alot faster and the requirements seem flexible.I have two properties in Detroit,MI owned outright that I could use for collateral.

It is warmer tha tile, installs much faster and will not crack on impact (like from a dropped iron skillet). 

It is an awesome book with great advice on how to better manage your day to day activities and free up the “mental weight” of all that you need to get done.

Don't see that changing any time soon, for good suburban locations, the far away stuff just like the condos, will take a harder and faster hit. 

If it is something they could not have known, it carries more weight than a "wish list".
