I look forward to riding the wave to early retirement !

In the pursuit of a dollar some will ride close to the line or even way over it to make a profit at all cost. 

When I'm advertising through my investment company, I'm not in any form or fashion attempting to induce the public to use the services of my brokerage or to use my services as a licensee, so no disclosure is mandated. 

Investors working the area would most likely ride around the area!

If we can ride this out, I think we might be alright. 

I intended to ride out her lease (3 months now remaining) and not renew.  

@David Tankersley It doesn't matter how many mailers you send out if you'er not doing it in the right fashion.

My opinion is that you did not do your due diligence in a timely fashion and now you are playing the victim. 

To my knowledge, the train line starts in Fredericksburg but Fburg is (generally) a more expensive market than Richmond due to the proximity to NOVA so if folks have tips for managing the commute to the 'Burg and riding VRE north from there, I'd love to hear them too.

That is one of the things I would be doing now except I retired January 1st, It was a very interesting ride investing for 60 years, through good times and bad.
