My wife has expressed concern about allowing people who are applying for our properties to know our home address (to send applications when they need to be mailed).  

I talked to the tenant I expressed my concerns about the situation and their behavior and the safety of the tenant on the first floor and the neighbors who live next door.  

Sue Kelly expressed the reasons well for why I do month to month (although I only quoted a little).

If your not happy that they didn't tell you something, express your concern and if it doesn't improve then can them!

Rent Payment Option 2: Mail check or money order made payable to XXX LLC and send it to XXX and Please write your address and unit to ensure receipt of your rent.Rent Payment Option 3: Pay rent in cash at Family Dollar or ACE Cash Express Stores.

Please respond if you have any ideas or suggestions on how to deal with this situation or what I can say to express to the tenant in a kind way (if at all possible) to be courteous of your neighbors especially in the middle of the night and that I can hear everything so it would be great if she could keep it down.I am looking for solutions, not sarcasm.Thanks for your time.

Tenant expressed that it will be difficult for her to pay the whole rent if her daughter/son in law move out. ( they are not 100% sure if they are moving in August/2015).The tenant is letting me know as a courtesy.

Talk with her in person if you can so you hear not only her words, phrasing and tone of voice, but so you can also see the non-verbal communication in her facial expression and body language.

Our current tenant loves the place and has expressed her intentions to stay there long term.We have since replaced an LED light fixture due to factory defect and had a maintenance call from the new tenant.
