Better bet would be to bring someone in as an equity partner possibly to give them a piece of the deal if there is equity in the deal, it would be more enticing than being in a 2nd position on a property the flipper will not lose sleep at night walking away from.

I can't mention the product without the moderators getting in a twist, but I Kidde you not, they are a great product.No "Kidde"ing, it's OK to mention a good experience with a product, by name, so long as you have no financial interest in the product, aren't directing someone to their website, or otherwise promoting them :)

@Benjamin Furney Plenty of the more hyped markets have seen an incredible run up in prices and the number of STR properties, making it much harder to make the ‘20% cash on cash’ return that has been heavily promoted.
