There might be language such as if the property taxes increase then the tenant has the right to require the landlord to dispute the taxes to the city,county etc.Even if this is a single tenant NNN lease national company if the government is upping the property taxes to crazy levels you might still as the owner want to dispute the taxes.

You're probably right in most cases that perhaps neither party ever reads the leases to know this clause is even in it or might know it is a contention of dispute

If you have outstanding debt on your credit report, getting them removed either through dispute or by paying them off will make your score jump pretty quickly.Moving forward, the most important thing you can do is make sure every payment is made on time.
