@Steven Hamilton IIyour right but as you know my audit was (too me) very unusual.But she allowed me to revisit a lot of deductions so it was not worth the debate on this issue.However, her allowing an office deduction produced a larger deduction overall so it was to my advantage to stay within that line of (her) thinking???

Also check if there is an issue with certain breeds with your insurance company.Having just finished cleaning dog hair from all the baseboard radiator fins in every room in our soon to be rental I am very much in favor or a non-refundable cleaning fee for pets.We are debating pets at the moment for this house as it is the right kind of location for it and has a big backyard but I am not offering it in the ad.

First, if you pull the CR and info there is the determining factor, you MUST send a letter of denial and the name+addr of the Bureau that it came from.Otherwise, say as little as possible, to avoid argumentation and debates, yet a reasonable cause.
