I would physically take home ~$200 more per month after all payroll deductions.Should I wait another month for my income to increase prior to applying for a loan, or go ahead and get approved this week as planned?

Understand the fees involved and calculate the total cost for an entire year of management so you can compare the different managers.

How's the market in Kansas City compare to Houston?

WF was giving me credit for rental income started 1 month prior on a m2m lease... 

I've been looking for houses for about 8 months. 1999 Market was on fire I put down several offers on homes people would come in with cash offers and get the property or there was a huge line of offer prior to mine.My aunt actually found the house that was for sale by owner.It wasn't in the best condition but I knew I could do the work and fix it up and turn a profit on it and it sure bet renting.

I’d love to hear how the market for multi family is there as compared to some of the others we have looked into.

One suggested signing up for their service plan ($20/month per apartment) which includes one annual boiler checkup prior to the winter to avoid issues like mine and small discount on regular plumbing services (50% off of service call charge of $95 and 10% off labor costs after).Is this something you guys would recommend?
