I agree with everything @Tim Herman said.I've notice a lot of people get caught up in the " I need to build my business" or " I need to build my team" mentality before they have even done their first deal.

I would rather the price of my properties stay low so my property tax increase doesn't outpace the rent increase.I am guessing if you are having a nice bottle of wine you either sold your properties, took out a line of credit, or have some loophole where you are not paying the increase in property taxes that comes with that quick boost in value.
