I have a tax attorney that can help you through a tax incentive that will drop your tax rate to 15% flat no matter how much you make in passive income or business income or flips etc She charges zero fee if the tax incentive does not work for you and if and she does charge a fee it is included in the 15% fee (by the way the 15% covers Fed and state tax)
