Pick one that’s been through cycles, has demonstrated integrity in the face of adversity, has ample reserves, a strong track record and an experienced team.  

It is a nice thought that people and/or businesses act with integrity but sometimes that just doesn't happen.

So as a broker, you wouldn't be offended if an investor used multiple agents, as long as they acted with integrity and used you to list properties you bring him/her, right?  

Obviously you need to change agents that does land deals, most other agents are useless when it comes to land deals, they do not know anything about costs integrated before you could use the front door.
