I've included photos of the property sheet and its pics, but here is a google drive link if they didn't come thought on the post.The home is located in a very nice area with a large ~1 acre lot, where the avg. home value = $600K and the avg. lot value = ~ 150K - 250k/acres zoned for 2+ homes.

Slumlords usually band aid everything and you want to fully understand what you're getting into.The only way I wouldn't purchase a property like that is if I did not have the ability or resources to turn it into a better, more livable property.
