I was also very fortunate to have a very good support team first and foremost my business partner @George Paiva , my Connecticut brokerage that I hang my license with, and the many others that helped in the process.

@George Paiva  The flooring on the first level (tile and laminate click flooring) was existing, we lucked out that it was pretty much the only thing in the house that was in decent shape.In the finished room in the basement we used allure traffic master and the carpet in the upstairs bedrooms is all brand new.
