and the landlord/owner refused to cover minimal expenses not even providing a motel or portapotty/shower for the days they are without a bathroom.friend explains wife says at least they will have a new bath to enjoy when its done, but he is irked that owner is so 'cheap' and inconveniencing them to the point they are using the backyard as bathroom and he says he prefers to move out but has 2yr lease and 2mos security deposit with landlord/owner.i referred him a free consult with my local re attorney if he really wants to go that route.
