I call the local housing authority and find out what their top end payment is for Housing Vouchers. 

None of what has been built for the last 20 years is trailerable by a car or truck, and given the size and weight of them today, none of them are very mobile.This is a good forum, but like all Internet forums, there are far too many keyboard commandos that are so desperate to be somebody they will post with absolute authority statements that are not factual or are sometimes, but not always, true.

This is a state program funded by appropriations authorized by the General Assembly.  

You also need to be well versed on accepting and receiving government assistance for rent, and dealing with paperwork as well as inspections from local housing authorities. 

Tell the tenant you will be sending an authorization form to their medical professional that complies with federal disclosure requirements.

Your application should have an agreement that says you are authorized to contact employers, references, check credit, etc.

I did find that the CDC completely overstepped its authority and ordered a blanket national moratorium on evictions until December 31, but at this point, I still had not received any official CDC Declaration from my tenant.So I responded that he's made no effort to pay or to provide evidence that he will pay and that I would be filing the unlawful detainer the next day.
