I bought my first coin-op washer and dryer from a guy in Pittsburgh and he told me about the Pittsburgh market - it appears to have very good returns like Erie with a better tenant pool than Erie. 

Once a year, I've had the same tenant call with a clogged washer drain.  

I've seen one house in my farm area that had three big water heaters and three sets of washer/dryer hookups.
