You get exactly what you want, you have little to no repairs for the foreseeable future, (done right) they'd be in high demand, sounds too good to be true!

All in all im new to real estate I been studying for the past 3 years collectively and this is my first possibly deal, i just want things done smooth and correctly to familarize myself with the process for future comfortability and reassurance.

But given the future development right next door I'm not sure if it would be better to sell (take the money and run) or rent it out (pull out the equity to buy more real estate, cashflow a few hundred/month, and hope the building next door doesn't drop the value of my condo).

I'm not necessarily planning on staying in the short term rental game long term, but our market is under-saturated with STR and since I bought the house with cash, now would be a great time to experiment with how I like STR and if I want to consider doing some STR's with some future BRRRR properties.  

I am new to the wholesaling/investor industry and I am excited about being my own boss in the near future.

I did the exchanger to be done with it for now but may do the tankless in the future.

I was very pleased with the prompt communication and I would definitely consider using them in the future.
