I find that sometimes I don't understand it for periods of time and then something is said and I suddenly oh wow now I see what they mean. 

The city is growing rapidly, with numerous big corporations moving to the region in the upcoming months - bringing in an a surge of new residents and an abundance of job opportunities.

So, if you owe something and your last payment was made 4 years ago, then that looks actually better on your credit than if you suddenly pay it all off, because now the last activity date is NOW and it looks to the score model as if you're in financial trouble NOW.

Short Term Rentals have been around forever, it's not this crazy new thing that's all the sudden getting banned left and right.

I'm sure in Florida good, qualified workers are displaced though experienced because they aren't bilingual and their jobs suddenly require that language skill.

and second, It's so expensive, and you've just put it down, you can't afford to replace it, so you CAN'T even consider it IS that causing your sudden watery eyes, burning sensations in the eyes, nose and throat, nausea, coughing, chest tightness, wheezing, skin rashes, and allergic reactions.

They will cut back more unless oil suddenly rallies.  

(nor should they be able to, IMO)Just don't pretend that they are all the sudden better off than you because of this ruling.The judge has only said the police are not REQUIRED to do this, they still can if they choose to just like they always have been able to.Let the police decide if the situation seems necessary to try to determine status.
