Only problem is that all the police there are always very bored so DO THE SPEED LIMIT!

I'm back in Michigan now, moved back from Oceanside over the Holidays to focus/speed up my portfolio.  

I'm certainly not an expert, but I'm coming up to speed.

I haven't been able to verify this but apparently, Winston Churchill once said this to his speeding driver when he was late for an important appointment. 

The whole eviction process took approximately a month and could have been quicker had we knew what to do.With that said there's no way to speed up the state mandated waiting periods for each stage.

I've seen a seller take a lower offer because it's cash - cash is more likely to close, and close cast, and here in Utah speed is the name of the game.  

Right now I am working on increasing my income drastically to speed up the cash purchases and it is looking good, but in the end I think someone with a nice portfolio of all cash properties will be in a better position.

Also, they used wood that grew naturally, no fertilizer to speed up the growth.

This method can speed up that snowball effect.

So its VERY slow, and the deal may easily fall through or I will be out bid (most often the case).Being that I am a amateur, (own 3 properties) I was curious what ya'll do to find your deals, and at what speed it allows you to accumulate your portfolio.Thanks,Bill
