I’ve been investing in real estate for over a decade, but never really gotten to the point of scale.

I think this may be a built in functionality of the Turno app, but I don't use Turno and my cleaners don't seem to offer that as part of their standard process.

They have plenty of capital and just looking to park cash while diversifying.

Maybe they are only six months in and don't have any real experience to speak of.
