STR and syndication are completely different worlds.

You get paid the difference.  

I don't see much difference in users of either platform. 

I had brought this up with my realtor that I use for rentals in a different area and she gave me the link for home testing and basically said I have to do it and don't have a choice so I'm very glad to hear from others it's actually not like that at all!

I havent done any Habitat Loans but form most DPA Programs in Florida if the refinance the mortgage or sell the house they have to pay back the grant.But they all work different. 

Depending on if the property is bank owned or in pre foreclosure your point of contact will differ.

Differences such as alterations, abnormal bedroom counts for the neighborhood (i.e. 8 bedrooms in a neighborhood full of 3/2s) etc

Several different scenarios available: 1. subject is free and clear and the seller actually transfers the deed to your name and records a promissory note.
