I suspect that 5% or so that do wholesaling full time make at least 50k with the 1% ers making multiple hundreds of thousands and I am sure there are 7 figure wholesalers as well.those that have massive marketing budgets like 20 to 50k per month.

If you are going to pay anyone to learn, you should ask someone who has experience in the market that you want to invest in to teach you in exchange for equity in the properties you will buy as a partnership.
