The desperation for odd jobs and snarky price increases are going to butt heads.  

Investing in real estate can be a great way to build wealth over time, and there are definitely opportunities to be found in Florida's real estate market.When it comes to building a home from scratch, there are certainly some challenges to be aware of.

I feel the time is good since theirs fear and people are hesitant because of rates not dropping, thus giving me a opportunity to make this move. 

From what I see it's not stellar in terms of population or job growth, but does look like it saw big price increases lately, I assume it's mainly population from Charlotte moving out to get more bang for their buck.If you're an investor with properties there I'd love to hear your thoughts on the market in general, how you see its potentail, the population I can expect as tenants, and things to pay attention to.

Well-established investors have a few more opportunities for 100/100, but not much.It should reasonably be expected to put down 10-20% of purchase, depending on your deal numbers, with a total loan amount (purchase + rehab) not to exceed 70-75% of ARV.
