Recently loosened regulations and a simplified permitting process have made ADUs popular in my area.

The ADU regulations are getting more open now, so that they can be built with more square footage than before, which will be great in terms of a bigger rental, but also in terms of adding square footage to the overall property value.

Is anyone familiar with attorneys that might work remotely and are familiar with Mobile Home regulations in NYS? 

Since we would create a long-term lease (one year or more) and no additional contracts will be created, this would not violate Virginia Beach or Norfolk's new Short Term Rental regulations and would not require a CUP.

I know it has been pulled into question with stricter regulation but unaware of timelines and/or proposed solutions.
