Jeffrey, its common. vaccines actually weaken the immune system. lots of people get sick, after getting a flu vaccine. ive never had a flu shot. i eat well, exercise, plenty of fresh air, plenty of fresh raw whole foods, and i really don't see being sick with all these crazy bugs.

The only thing that I would add is to make sure that the borrower (buyer) gains insurance on the property in case of fire/vandalism showing you as the lender/lein holder.
