I have interest in Germantown as well, and though I do not have much experience with the immediate area, my investor-minded realtor has recommended staying near Germantown ave on the Mt Airy side of town due to increasing development.

Tips to being successful wholesaling In a town less then 12,000?

Since I went to college there, I'm pretty familiar with the town and have a good grasp on what rents well.

I have been emailing and spoke with the TK provider over the phone to try to get a better sense of what‘s going on and to explore options.
